• Digital vs paper: Manufacturer digital offers cannot be combined with manufacturer paper coupons on the same item.
• Not accepted: Percent-off-item and percent-off-total-order coupons; coupons shown on a mobile phone/device; copied/altered; incorrectly printed (missing required details).

How Stacking Works at Publix

Think “1 manufacturer + 1 store coupon.” That store coupon can be Publix OR competitor.

• Allowed stack: 1 manufacturer coupon + 1 Publix coupon (same item).
• Allowed stack: 1 manufacturer coupon + 1 competitor coupon (same item).
• Not allowed: Manufacturer + Publix + competitor on the same item.
• Not allowed: Two manufacturer coupons on the same item (even if one is digital).

Publix Digital Coupons Rules

• Redeem by phone number: Enter your registered phone number at checkout to apply clipped digital coupons.
• One manufacturer coupon per item: If a paper manufacturer coupon is accepted for an item, the digital manufacturer coupon won’t be accepted for that same item (it stays in your account for later).
• Use limits vary: Manufacturers set limits; most digital coupons are single-use, but some can be redeemed multiple times (shown on the coupon).

BOGO at Publix: What Counts as a Purchase

• Publix states that for a buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) offer, each item is considered a separate purchase.
• That matters for couponing because Publix allows up to two coupons per item (within the stacking rules above).
• Publix also notes that manufacturer “$ off 2” and manufacturer BOGO coupons require purchasing two items—so you generally can’t treat them like a coupon on just one of the items.

Limits, Approvals, and Overage

• Identical limit: Publix limits coupon redemption to eight of the same coupons per day, per household.
• $5+ approval: Manager approval is needed for individual coupons above $5.
• Dollars-off-total-order limits: Limited to one Publix and one competitor per day, per household (must meet combined purchase requirements).
• Money due back: Any “money due back” at the end of a coupon transaction is provided on a Publix gift card.
